In our department, academic advisors hold meetings with their advisees at the beginning of each academic year and during the semester. Meetings for first-year students are held together with the orientation program.
Main Topics Discussed in the Meetings
Meetings are recorded with the KYS-FRM-460 Advisor–Student Group Meeting Form; the suggestions and problems raised by students are evaluated by the Department Quality Commission. The meeting minutes by year (in Turkish) are available below.
